Right now it is exclusively a list site for Web 2.0 Sites, but it seems like it is only a step away from being a more generic list site. My guess is that they are doing the old, focus on one thing first routine before branching out into more content.
I do have to give them credit for not being in "beta", though. It takes some serious cojones to do that these days.
